1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SOCO Production, LLC ("SOCO Production," "we," "us," or "our") website at socoproduction.com (the "Site") and any services, quotes, communications, or transactions provided through the Site or directly by SOCO Production. By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, submitting your information, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. About SOCO Production

SOCO Production, LLC is a professional audio-visual installation and production company specializing in LED video walls, AV systems, integration services, equipment rentals, and related services for commercial, residential, and event clients.

3. Services Overview

The services offered by SOCO Production may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • LED video wall design, supply, and installation

  • AV systems integration

  • Production services for live events

  • Equipment rentals

  • Service, maintenance, and warranty work on previously installed systems

  • Sale of used and refurbished AV equipment

 

Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing for a given project are defined in the formal written Sales Agreement and Quote provided to each customer. The customer's signed Sales Agreement (including the SOCO Production General Terms & Conditions for Sales) governs the specific commercial relationship and supersedes any conflicting general terms on this Site.

4. Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through our Site or through any SOCO Production representative, you authorize us to contact you regarding your inquiry via the email address and phone number you provide. Quotes issued by SOCO Production are valid for the time period stated on the quote (typically 30 days) and may be revised based on changes in scope, materials availability, or market conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Project-specific payment schedules are defined in each customer's Sales Agreement and Quote. Unless otherwise stated in writing, standard SOCO Production payment terms are:

 

  • Deposit: 50% of the total contract value, due upon signing

  • Pre-Install: 40% due prior to the start of installation

  • Completion: 10% due upon substantial completion

  • Net Terms: All invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified

 

Late payments accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, beginning fifteen (15) days after the due date. All warranties and service obligations are void if amounts owed to SOCO Production are not paid in full.

 

Customer agrees to reimburse SOCO Production for any reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys' fees, incurred to collect past-due amounts.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once SOCO Production has procured materials, scheduled crew, or otherwise commenced work in reliance on the order.

  • Cancellations more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled install date may be partially refunded at SOCO Production's discretion, less any costs already incurred.

  • Cancellations within thirty (30) days of the scheduled install date forfeit the deposit in full.

  • Custom or pre-ordered equipment that has been shipped or fabricated specifically for the customer is non-refundable.

7. Warranty

SOCO Production warrants that work performed will be in a workmanlike manner. If, within thirty (30) days after the date of substantial completion, any portion of the work is found to be defective and not in accordance with the agreed scope, the customer shall promptly notify SOCO Production in writing, and SOCO Production shall correct the defective work. This is the customer's sole and exclusive remedy.

 

Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment pass through to the customer in accordance with each manufacturer's terms.

 

SOCO PRODUCTION MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

  • SOCO Production's total liability for any claim related to the Site, our services, or any product or work provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

  • SOCO Production shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

  • SOCO Production is not liable for damage to personal property, building components, landscaping, sidewalks, driveways, or other surfaces resulting from the performance of work, even if alleged to be caused by negligence, except where caused by willful misconduct.

  • SOCO Production is not responsible for delays caused by labor shortages, material shortages, permit processing, weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Site Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, project photographs, the SOCO Production name and logo, and software — is the property of SOCO Production or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its supporting systems

  • Interfere with the Site's operation

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

10. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number to SOCO Production through our quote request form or directly to a SOCO Production representative, you may receive SMS messages from SOCO Production about your quote, project, install logistics, service appointments, and follow-up. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party products and services. SOCO Production is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any related dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. With respect to any claim arising out of these Terms or any service provided by SOCO Production, (a) each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oklahoma located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, or the United States District Court located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and (b) each party irrevocably waives any objection to venue in such courts and any claim that any such court is an inconvenient forum.

14. Jury Waiver & Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the parties waive trial by jury of any dispute between them. Any legal proceedings will be conducted on an individualized basis. The parties waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed Sales Agreement between SOCO Production and the customer, constitute the entire understanding between you and SOCO Production regarding the Site and our services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Sales Agreement, the Sales Agreement controls with respect to the specific project covered by it.

17. Changes to These Terms

SOCO Production may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
